I had a wonderful experience! Initially, I spoke with Chris who came to my house and was as pleasant and patient as could be. The estimate he gave me was accurate and very clear to understand. Patricia in the office was attentive and very helpful in communicating and coordination of all the work and I would be remiss if I did not comment on Angelo, who was a pleasure to deal with, incredibly courteous and clean. Outstanding craftsmanship and I highly recommend Furniture Medic without reservation.

I contacted Furniture Medics and Vanessa scheduled a technician for me the next day. Chris was great. He fixed the mechanism on my DWR sofa and checked to ensure it was working. Vanessa followed up with me. Great customer service that gives me the confidence to purchase furniture knowing I can get help getting repairs if needed.

Angelo from Furniture Medic was very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to restoring / fixing furniture. He brought in all necessary tools and equipment and used a drop cloth to not scratch any floors. Very much appreciated. Great company!

We had 2 projects with this company . We had them come and touch up all scratches on our kitchen cabinets . The guys were meticulous in their work . We also had Byron strip three cabinet doors and refinish them . They look brand new and the color matches perfectly. They did a fantastic job. I recommend this company .
